Welcome to one of Sweden's leading tour operators in sailing tourism. More Sailing has been around since 2009 and has since then offered unforgettable travel experiences all over the world. It all started 15 years ago when Einar and Malin went to Croatia and organized a sailing trip for friends and family. What began as a week of togetherness at sea soon became seven weeks - friends and guests loved it and the idea seemed perfect. Since then, More Sailing has grown and now organizes sailing trips in Croatia, Greece, Italy, the Caribbean and Sweden - as well as long distance sailing trips across the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.

Gender and age are two irrelevant factors when it comes to who is best suited for the job of skipper and host. We work actively with gender equality and are proud to have almost equal numbers of female and male skippers and hosts of different ages. Our colleagues come from different backgrounds - from students to self-employed to nurses. Our workplace is a place where people come together with the same goal and drive - to make people happy, make guests enjoy and deliver a trip to remember for the rest of their lives.
