Are you interested in working as a host or skipper on board our boats? Feel free to contact us, we are always looking for skilled staff for our various destinations. We sail during the summer in Croatia, Italy, Greece and Sweden
as well as in the Caribbean during the winter. Whether you are interested in working as a skipper or host, it is important that you are social and enjoy meeting new people.
Working as a crew at More Sailing is suitable for those who enjoy meeting new people, are service oriented and enjoy sailing and seas. On board each boat are two staff, one host and one skipper. Usually there are between eight to twelve guests aboard the boat. Together in the crew, you are responsible for taking care of both guests and boats. Although the host bears the main responsibility for food and drink while the skipper bears the main responsibility for boat and sailing. At the same time you get to know many new colleagues, you who work together during a season become a wonderful bunch. We are very happy and proud that so many of our seasonal employees often return several years in a row.
To apply for a job as a skipper with us, it is important that you are social, forward and happy. In addition to this, you also need the necessary certificates to be able to operate a sailboat.
Important! If you would like to work for us you have to be able to speak Swedish.
In addition to being a happy and social person, our criterias also include that you are good at cooking and can speak Swedish.
We do not require our hosts to have the same sailing skills as our skipper. However, we see it as very positive with good sailing skills even with our hosts.
